This is temporary rent until 15-20 pf March only. It is in share house next to Seven Sisters station (1 minute casual walking) and South Tottenham station (less than 1 minute walking). We are looking for a couple or single person who appreciate living with working flatmates.
All of us are working professionals who appreciate to socialise a bit in but as well enjoy the quiet house.

Price for room is 100 per week.
In the room itself there are: double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, desk and chair.
We have wireless unlimited fibre optic broadband.
In the house there are 2 bathrooms both with toilets and showers.
Fully furnished kitchen (2 fridges, microwave, washing machine and appliances) has entrance to partly roofed garden with table and chairs - perfect for summer barbeques :)
We like our house to be clean so prepare to do your weekly chores!
Very good connection with central London - Victoria line tube, trains and overground any many night buses to virtually all destinations in central London

3 minutes walking from our house there is huge Tesco. 2 bus stops to Sainsbury, Asda, Lidl and local Banks.
Price include all bills and is to be paid in advance.
£200 deposit required that will be pay back when moving out.
