We're a group of 4 friends looking for a like-minded tenant to join our friendly house share situated 2 mins walk from Seven Sisters tube station.

The room itself is great value at £400 pm (all bills inc) and comes furnished with a bed (which can easily be set to single or double), wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house is a renovated new build with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, communal living area/kitchen and a spacious garden. Situated in a quiet cul de sac, it's only 2 mins walk from Seven Sisters tube with excellent links into central (Oxford Circus less than 20 mins away on Victoria line).

We're all working professionals and have been living together for around 2 years (a few of us longer).

As a house we spend a lot of time hanging out together watching sport, bbq's and pubs, so are keen to find the right person that compliments the current house dynamic.

The room is available from 1st March and we'll be meeting any prospective tenant to ensure it's a good fit as soon as possible.
