Nice room in lovely quiet warehouse

Holaaaa
So, our beloved flatmate is leaving us for his better half and we have a great room available in our lovely place.

DISCLAIMER
This warehouse has a long history of friends / friends of friends living here and we’d very much like to keep the friend vibe alive, so we are searching for someone to bond with more than just a random flatmate :)

THE ROOM
Price is £555 including bills + around £25 for the cleaner per month. One month deposit. Available beginning of June but flexible.
The room is a good size, with three windows facing North, it’s quite nice and bright all day through. Comes with bed and chest of drawers.

THE WAREHOUSE
Is just off the road from Fountayne Road, it’s one out of a 5 units building and it’s generally pretty quiet.
We have a big common area, which you are welcome to contribute rearranging and redecorating to make the place nicer and more suitable if you need a space to work or art lab.

It’s not a party house, although we like a little dance every now and then and have friends around quite often for dinner, drinks or movie nights. In general we don’t have many house rules but we are sensitive and considerate regarding other people living here. We try to keep the place nice&tidy but we are not maniacs about it.

We have two (mostly lovely) cats so unfortunately no other pets. We are open to couple if it’s the right fit (rent would increase to £700).

ABOUT US
We are two professional women, working from home 9 to 5 in different fields. We are chill, drama-free and like sharing. Quite fun I’d say but it’s not up to me to judge! During lockdown we became pretty tight and hang out often but are also independent and enjoy time on our own.
Stefania, Italian, 33, is a graphic designer doing calligraphy, sign & blackboard painting on the side. Is obsessed with alternative music (any era, depressive preferred). Into dark humour, anything creative, farmers market and good wine.
Jo, Australian, 29, is working in a non profit and will keep you posted on what’s happening in the world (she does to me at least - Stefania writing here!). Loves art exhibitions, cinema, gigs, reading. And fine whisky.

ABOUT YOU
Ideally you are in your late 20s / early 30’s, any gender welcome, familiar with the warehouse living. 9 to 5 job would be better but not a biggie.
Must be sociable, mature and easy going, clean after themselves, respectful of other people / common spaces and all the boring stuff. If you have some interests in common is an extra but we are more after the right personality fit.
Love for cats is also an extra (tolerance for cats is a must).
