Double room in fantastic house w/garden

A room will soon be available in our house. The planned date is 31st July but this might be negotiable a few days either side if it suits you both.

The house has two bathrooms (main upstairs bathroom and walk-in shower room downstairs), two living spaces (living room w/TV etc and conservatory/dining area) plus a large garden with patio and barbecue and a big modern kitchen.

The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, large drawers and small bedside drawers (missed this in the pictures sorry).
(A desk isn't provided but there's space for one if you want.)

Current housemates are Tim (English), Olive (English), Carmello (Italian). We are all into a lot of different music and like to go out and party in various ways but want to keep things chilled out in the house during the week so looking for someone clean, quiet and respectful but easygoing and not too straight.

Located by Tottenham Green with gym/swimming pool, farmers market & arts centre all 2 mins away along with various shops and restaurants close by.

Transport:
-Victoria line tube via Seven Sisters (5 minutes walk) or Tottenham Hale (10 mins)
- Easy rail access to Liverpool St (20 mins journey time) via East London/Hackney, Stratford (10 mins), Moorgate (20 mins) via Islington and Old Street
- Additional Overground routes from South Tottenham (10 mins walk)

Important info:
- £450/month rent
- Bills are paid separately - this is currently £86.67 per month in total including broadband and TV
- You must be in full-time employment (no students sorry) and able to provide references (landlord & work references plus recent bank statements)
- £450 deposit plus first month's rent required
- Street parking available (resident's permit must be ordered from Haringey council)
