Split level Mezz room in chiled Warehouse

We have a room coming up in our 4 bed Warehouse on Fountayne Road from the 1st of November (date flexible). This is a double height LIve/Work Unit in a large Warehouse Community with the Best local Pub in town!

We're a home of friends so would prefer someone who is up for hanging out from time to time, We mostly like cooking together, playing scrabble, Playing pool at our local Pub.
We're 3 big characters, 1 female and 2 males, Portuguese/British, Iraqi/British and an Irishman, all in our 30's. Photojournalist, Chef, traveller, DJ's, Theatre Crew, Gardening, Clowning, Post Punk Disco Band. Music is very important in this house, always vibes! 2 Vinyl DJ's mostly playing Funk, Soul, Jazz, Hip hop, Disco, Afro-beat, House.

We do have quite different work schedules so the house is quite chilled generally with the odd small social get together. We are not a Party house. During the day it’ll mostly be 1 person working from home, 2 full time workers who leave the house for work Monday - Sunday. We do generally have an open door policy in summer, so friends in the community will pop their heads in and say hi.

We’re quite a clean and tidy household, each of us having a daily job and every week or so we'll have a cook and clean.
Fitted with a washing machine, electric hob/oven, microwave, Food bin, and central heating.

The room is a split level space with a Mezzanine for a bed, un-furnished (optional double mattress), and window to the living room. Monthly rent includes all bills (subject to change with meter readings/ energy hike coming up) and shared consumables (bog roll, cleaning products, laundry detergent, S&P, cooking oils)

Extremely well linked, just a 10 minute walk to Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale Stations, both on the Victoria line, as well as 2 separate Overground lines from Seven Sisters Station and South Tottenham.
Tottenham Retail Park is just a 5-minute walk away. We also have right on our doorstep Lee valley, Tottenham marshes, and the canal.
