Manor House Warehouse Mezzanine Room

About us & the rooms: We have a downstairs room with going in our manor house warehouse available from 8th of March. FYI the room is Windowless, which obviously isn't ideal, it does have proper ventilation though and good lighting to try and make up for this. We also give residents who take this room first priority moving to a windowed space when they come available.

The room is £720 a month with bills and kitty included with a £720 deposit.

Our warehouse is a 12 bed, with 3 bathrooms and a large communal area with a cinema projector 📽️ and we also have a back garden porch area that is currently a work in progress but does have bbq 🫕. We are a pretty creative/artistic house with people working across lots of different art forms (Music, Painting, ceramics, sculpture) but we also have housemates who work in software programming and the non-profit sector.

We are a queer and diverse lil gang and we would love to find someone who could fit in to our dynamic but also bring some new and exciting energy to our group :)
