Two rooms available in a cute flat with bags of character.

1. a furnished double room with a big window over looking a green. THIS ROOM HAS BEEN TAKEN

2. big enough for a single bed (not provided), chest of drawers and a desk (these can be provided) and I will give you sole use of the tall cupboard next to the room which you can use as a wardrobe or for extra storage.

This room is cheap as chips because of the size and would be great for someone who is hardly home and/or wants to save £££ like crazy.

The rooms are opposite each other so you won’t have to worry about noise leak from sharing a wall.

In between both rooms is a shower room with modern fittings, a rainfall shower head as well as a detachable shower head. There is a mirrored cabinet and under sink cupboards so again plenty of room for your creature comforts.

The kitchen is fitted with an induction hob, a smart washing machine and a large fridge freezer, there is also an extendable table great for sharing meals together or for when you have friends round.

My bedroom and en-suite is on the 2nd level.

The flat is at the end of the street and has windows facing three directions which means it gets A LOT of beautiful sunlight which makes a huge difference to the mornings.

It’s 7mins walk to the nearest tube station - Turnpike Lane on the Piccadilly line or it’s a 10min bus ride to Seven Sisters on the Victoria Line.

Wood Green high street and shopping centre is 10mins walk away.


A bit about me:

I'm a PA/Office Manager for a PR agency in Shoreditch.
I have the option to WfH 1-2 days but am usually in the office 4-5 days per week depending on what’s going on.

I have an indoor cat named Katara also known as Fatty, for obvious reasons. She is the sweetest, most laid back cat, she is very respectful of others spaces and is lovely to have around. I’d also consider having another chilled out cat move in.

On the weekends I catch up with friends/family, go out dancing, do the boring but necessary stuff like laundry, clean the flat etc etc.
