2 large double rooms available in our beautiful 4-bedroom warehouse home (N15).

We're looking for a new housemate or couple to join our spacious warehouse conversion between Seven Sisters and Tottenham. The room is in a bright, characterful home with big windows, high ceilings, and 2 friendly housemates in their mid-20s and 30s.

We've got a cat called Kurt, a projector setup for movie nights, a huge communal garden (featuring WW1 bunkers :o ), and a relaxed, creative vibe. Ideal for someone easygoing, clean, and up for the occasional dinner or film night. There are steps going up to the house, but we can potentially put a ramp there if wheelchair access is needed.

The large double room is £1200/month, and the regular double room (also not small) is £900/month. Both are inclusive of bills. The only additional cost would be a bi-weekly cleaner and cat food/cleaning materials. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets due to the cat we already have.
