New build modern flat! Seven sisters

Hi there!
I am renting a 2B2B apartment in a modern building featuring a spacious common area, a small gym, and top-level security. The building is located directly above Seven Sisters tube station, which is only three stops (8 minutes) from King's Cross.

I will have the apartment starting February 9th, and the current lease runs until mid-May. This could be a short-term arrangement for three months.

Some info about me
I’m a software engineer at Google, I usually stay at work till 7-8pm,
On Sundays Im out in my sports and social clubs all day, Im at the flat only Saturday morning
And occasionally I have friends over for a Saturday dinner
I’m very fun and easy going, also clean and tidy and I would love to turn this flat into a home
