My flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend, so we’re looking for someone to take his spot. We’re an easygoing, relaxed household and are looking for someone cut from the same cloth. We’re doing viewings this month and looking for somebody who can move in late March/early April!
A bit about us: I’m Ethan, 26 years old and work for a charity; Reuben, 30 works in building and Kieran, 25 is studying architecture. We’re all respectful of each other’s privacy, doing our own thing, but we also enjoy the occasional chat or drink together — the flatmates are sound as.
The room: Nice master bedroom with plenty of space and natural light.
Bills: Not included, but usually around £100–120/month.
This house is in a good location within zone 3. A short walk from Seven Sisters (Victoria and Overground Weaver line), Tottenham Hale (Victoria and EastAnglica), South Tottenham (Overground Suffragette line).
We’re close by a Tesco supermarket, a small Sainsbury’s, Tottenham Hale retail park with a Lidl, Iceland, Boots, Halfords. Loads of bus routes, food places (s/o Auntie’s), close to Marcus Garvey library and there’s a few gyms, cafes (s/o Cafe N15) and parks (Markfield Park) scattered around the vicinity.
Who we’re looking for: Ideally a working professional in their 20s-30s who’s tidy, respectful and easy to get along with.
