Two Double rooms in Warehouse

£750 Mezzanine

Hi everyone,
Starting beginning April We’ve got 2 rooms going in our friendly 6 bed unit in Tottenham. 1 is a mezzanine with 2 large internal windows £750 bills all in and the other is a large double £800 all in with 2 external windows.

Big open plan communal space which has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with a bath/shower. We also have access to the roof where we spend lots of time in the summer with our inflatable pool and bbq etc. We also have a communal mezzanine space for excess storage, and workshop space if needed.

No couples sorry. The age range in the unit is 25-40 atm. We have 1 sweet cat. To secure the room you need first and last months rent needs to paid upfront.

We’re really hoping to find someone who can fit into the family vibe we have going on in the unit, we do occasional meals together and hang out, listening to music and doing creative tasks etc. We like to keep it quiet and respectful of everyone working during the week but equally have our fun on the weekends.
