We are looking for a flatmate to join our friendly, easygoing house.

We are a Polish - New Zealand couple, plus a house trained senior cat.
We are all full time working fun people, who enjoy other's company but also respect privacy.
We are looking for someone who is working (sorry, no students), preferably enjoys casual socialising, music, occasional drinks or bbq in the garden or just chilling out in the lounge watching TV. Ideally someone over 30, but it's not a deal breaker. Also, must be pet friendly, being a cat's enthusiast is a plus!
You need to be clean and and tidy up after yourself in communal areas, we don't have a cleaner, so we expect everyone to chip in to help us keep the house nice and tidy.
About the house: there is a great transport options including night bus every 10 minutes and its a nice quiet street. Zone 3 underground.
3 bedrooms, a bathroom upstairs and additional toilet downstairs, big garden, large living room. All bills, internet, satellite TV and cleaning products are included.
