- PRIVATE BACK GARDEN: ideal for barbecues and chill outs. Reading, playing/listening to musica, yoga, sunbathing, barbecues.

- PETS: There's a Tuxedo cat named Skin - impeccable hunter, wireless! - that patrols the property, when/if she’s not asleep, of course.
She hangs around more in my bedroom and on the garden, but at times she can be found inside the flat.

Looking for tenants who can be friendly and discrete at the same time; respectful of communal areas, such as kitchen, bathroom and corridor. There is a cleaning rota. When I am away for over a week I appreciate it if I can trust tenants to look after the house and the gardens.
The flat must be anyway kept clean at all times.

- I am a traveller (pls do not make confusion with tourist!).
- I am a scuba diver, I can't stay for too long away from the sea abyss.
- I am great at cooking and I love spending time baking and experimenting new food (vegetarian but not fussy about others having meat at the same table).
