Double room, lovely house and housemates

The garden :)

We are Charlotte and Sophia, two friends looking for a nice new housemate to join our Seven Sisters home. We would like someone who wants to share our home as opposed to just be someone who lives in our house if that makes sense!

We are very easy going and relaxed and the house reflects this. Its warm and cosy and we keep it clean and tidy but without obsessing too much. We have a good balance of doing stuff together as a house -cooking for each other now and then, going to the pub etc- but at the same time have our own friendship groups, and lives and don't live in each others pockets.

The house has a nice living room with two sofas-one is a sofa bed which is handy if you have friends staying etc. We're equipped with netflix and amazon in the living room which has changed our lives and given us many awesome movie nights. Kitchen is a good size with lots of cupboard space, dishwasher etc and bathroom is big too. We also have a downstairs loo and garden which is nice in the summer. Keen gardeners welcome!

Location wise we are 2 minutes from Seven Sisters station with overground and the wonder that is the Victoria Line (Night tube!!) and also 10 minutes walk from South Tottenham station. Also very well connected for buses both in the day and at night. 10 minutes walk from a huge Tesco and other shops. Lots of new pubs, restaurants and cafes have been popping up in Seven Sisters and we are 2-minute walk from a great craft ale/ pizza place!

The room is downstairs in the house and is a double room. The room comes furnished and comfortably fits a double bed, desk wardrobe, chest of draws etc and looks out over the garden.

Rent is £560 per month, bills are usually around £90 and deposit is £550 :)
