I have a spare room available in my three bedroom apartment.

Currently, my parents are not living in the property but if I am not around, my mother will stay over. My father comes to visit from Bolivia for 6 months. He is due to visit in February/March 2024. When he comes, he works full time.

Furniture included in the room:
-Double bed;
-Wardrobe;
-Bedside table; and
-Work desk with a comfortable chair.
(Can provide further items if need be)

The apartment is close to shops/restaurants in the Holloway Road/Seven Sisters Road area.
The nearest station is Finsbury Park.

Buses are available to central London such as the 91/29 and to the city: 43/271/153.

I am looking for someone who:

- Either works or studies full time; and
- Is clean in general. (cleaning takes place once a week of the communal areas. I don't expect this from you other than to clean your own room and after yourself once you are done in the kitchen/bathroom)
-Does not mind having my parents around when I am not around & my 2 siblings and their kids visit at least once a week on a Saturday.
