We are looking for a new housemate to replace me and join our lovely, chilled home! Annabel Mitchell, 27 & Ellie Martinovich, 26 are both fairly busy with work! Ellie is Hybrid (3 days office) & Annabel is in the office full time, so they’d love someone with a similar lifestyle. They are social and always up for a trip to the pub, cinema night, or evening walk ☺️

They like to keep the place clean and tidy, so definitely looking for someone who respects shared spaces and helps keep things nice for everyone.

A few things to know:
• We'd prefer someone aged 25+
• The vibe here is relaxed, friendly, and respectful
• 8 min walk from Finsbury park station
• No one WFH full time, sorry!

The space:
• Double bed room with en-suite & large built in wardrobe
• Split level apartment (Top floor of building)
• Two balconies and 24hr concierge
• Two additional shared bathrooms
• Separate kitchen & dining room / living space
• Room easily fits a desk (which you can have) & a chest of drawers
• Extra storage under the bed!

Rent: £1,167 per month
Bills: £150-£180 per month (changes in summer v winter)
Deposit: £1,215
