Double room in a spacious garden mainsonette

Hi fellow Londoners,

I have a newly refurbished double room to offer in a spacious maisonette with a large garden. The flat has two floors - ground floor consists of the living room, kitchen and guest bathroom, and the upper floor consists of two bedroom and the main bathroom.

The room being rented has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a couple of bedside tables. There is also a built in storage room so plenty of space for storage. There is no desk in the room but you are welcome to buy one and put it in your room, or share my work station in the living room. The living room is very spacious, with a great view of the garden (I am still learning how to sort it out - help welcome).

About myself - I am a management consultant working in the City, sometimes (in non-COVID time) when I work on away projects I can be gone for most of the workdays but generally around on weekends. When I am around, I am happy to chat over a glass of wine of a cup tea (which I have tons of), or if you prefer to have some down time, I tend to do some reading. On weekends, I can go socialising with friends at pubs, restaurants, museums or theatres, and you are welcome to join me. When summer is here I also (have to) spend increasing amount of time in my garden and I have to say it is growing on me (a bit).

Pets (esp. cats) welcome. No smoker please.
