En-suite Master Bedroom in Shadwell area - 5 minute walk from the DLR and the Overground (one station from Bank and one station from Whitechapel with the Elizabeth Line)

The apartment is. situated on the top floor (3rd) and has 2 floors. The bedroom and the living room are located on the 2nd floor of the apartment.

The bedroom has double bed, private balcony and large storage spaces.
The en-suite bathroom comes with a standing shower.
The living room comes with a TV, couch and speaker.

Currently, there are two flatmates, one studying and one working. Over the summer period, the studying flatmate will also not be staying here.

There is a large area downstairs that is shared including the kitchen, dining room and the small living room nook with a TV.

The kitchen has essential equipments such as dishwasher, an electric hob, oven, microwave and double sink. You will also have your own refrigerator as there are two. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 tall stools.

There is also a washing machine and a separate dryer.

The bills are usually around 55 GBP and that incudes gas, electricity, water and wifi. If you are working, the council tax will have to be discussed.
