Short let in Zone 1 for a bargain!

Hi I am relocating to the US and need someone to take my room from *****April 13th - April 30th**** Given it is such short notice I am happy to offer this at a reduced rate (including bills)!

The flat is located in Shadwell, a minutes walk from both DLR and Overground stations, with loads of bus routes also.

It is very centrally located also, you can walk to Tower of London and the City of London in around 15 minutes and even faster if you cycle.

The room itself is a good size double with plenty of storage and furnished. You will have your own private bathroom with shower AND bathtub.

The roomy kitchen and living room are shared with my current (lovely and friendly) flatmate, who to be honest will be working all day so don't expect to be bothered too much!

Kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven etc. everything you need and the living room has a TV, sofa and an extendable table.

The flat itself has great security with key fob entry and double locks on the doors. Shadwell itself is a great area with a great local community spirit, loads of superb restaurants and nice pubs by the river especially too.
