Hey!

My spacious double will be available for a new occupant as I going to be moving in with a friend.

The room comes furnished with a bed and mattress, really spacious triple wardrobe and two sets of drawers as well as an additional set of drawers, nightstand, and rug which are almost brand new. The room has three windows and so gets plenty of light.

There is a shared kitchen and living room which leads onto a balcony. There is also a dishwasher and the sofas have recently been replaced (nicer than in the photos!) Please note this room is not suitable for those with accessibility needs as it is on the fourth floor with no lift. However this is the top floor so there is no noise from above!

The location is great - it is quite literally above the Shadwell overground station and across the street from Shadwell DLR (only one stop from Bank or Tower Hill) so very well connected. You can walk to Tower Bridge in just over 20 minutes!

Rent is currently £966 but may potentially expected to reduce to £906 due to reshuffling of the rooms. Bills are roughly £100-£150 a month on top.

Ellie the current flatmate has been here four years and is very laid back and quite independent. There is an en-suite room currently being filled, so you will only be sharing the bathroom with Ellie.

The contract is being renewed for 6 months but there is a break clause allowing a tenant to leave providing you give one month's notice.

The landlord is very chill and can be easily contacted.
