A room in a four-bedroom flat in Shadwell, very well located commute-wise: 6 min walk away from Shadwell station, 10 min walk away from Tower Hill, 12 min walk away from Aldgate East, 15 min walk away from Aldgate station. The distance to QMUL is 20-25mins on the tube/35-40min walk. The flat is student-friendly (two flatmates are students), and has two floors. The room for rent is on the second floor, is spacious and fully furnished. It has a double bed, a desk, a three-wing closet, and another two-wing closet for storage. I am also leaving behind a small shelf. Windows are well isolated, keeping the room quiet at night despite the nearby DLR rails, and you can see the City of London skyscrapers from it. The rent price can be negotiable because it's one of the smaller bedrooms c:
The kitchen is well-equipped, with a gas stove, oven, microwave, large fridge, and a kettle, the toilet is separate from the bathroom - which has a bathtub-turn-shower - and there is a shared dining table in the hall.

The current tenancy agreement ends on the 27th of August 2024, but if you are interested in staying longer, you can liaise with the owners to renew the contract!
