The flatmate:
- Busy professional, working in Finance, working from the office most of the days.
- Cricketer, away for matches during summer weekends.
- Very easy going and friendly.
- My flatmate is looking for a good fit, if so friendly and easy going sounds like you, it would be a good match!

Rent is £1175 each, Council tax is around £70 each, bills around £60-80 each.
