Room in a modern spacious house (central location)

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m moving away with my partner.

This room is good value for £950 / month. Council tax is £60p/m and bill come to around £50 in winter and way less in the summer.
The house is modern so well insulated which means low bills (and no mould). No deposit needed.

It’s a spacious three story house, 3mins away from Shadwell station, and 20min walk to Liverpool st., Spitalfields, brick lane etc.

Room is facing the garden so it’s pretty quiet. There are two other girls living at the flat (28-32) and you’d be sharing the bathroom with only one person (there is also another extra toilet on the ground floor).

The room is quite small so I sleep on a very comfy futon to have more space for martial arts 🤺but that’s just me, you’re obvs welcome to have a bed. There’s a very large wardrobe in the room and plenty of cupboards and extra storage around the house too.

The other housemates are really good vibes, friendly and tidy.
For the time being, one of the flatmates has a very sweet dog named Pesa, so hope you’re ok with that.
