Furnished Room in Shepherd's Bush

Double room available in Shepherd's Bush for £725 pcm including bills and wifi. There is also a cleaner once every two weeks or so that is all included in the cost of the rent.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed (including under bed storage), wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, full legth mirror, bedside table and lamp, There are also a variety of clean sheets, duvet, pillows etc. Some which I bought and am leaving behind as I no longer need them. There is also a smart TV in the room with Netflix and other catch-up TV apps.

Flat is close to shops, doctors and bus stop, with at least four tube lines within walking distance (Central, Hammersmith & City, Circle, District) and only a quick bus to the Piccadilly line. Overground is close also. Westfield is in walking distance.

Housemates are friendly professionals. One British guy and one Aussie girl. Both are wonderful, hardworking people that love to have a chat and hang out in the evenings but equally enjoy their own space.

Looking for a young professional to replace me that is clean and friendly.

The room is available from 1st March but I will probably vacate earlier.
