One of our housemates is unfortunately leqving us to
move further down south, so his wonderful room is available from the 5th May (moving date flexible)- the rent is £680 and bills + council tax come to about £80 per month.

The apartment is ideally located in West London: in the triangle that is Shepherd's Bush Market /Wood Lane / Westfield.
It's a 30 secs walk from the H&C Line or a 5 mins walk from Central Line and Overground.
Westfield is just around the corner - so handy for shopping!
The area is full of bars and restaurants (foodies heaven), cinemas, theaters and famous music venues.
Holland Park is a 15 mins-walk while Nothing Hill a is 25mins-walk.

The good-size room comes with a double bed, a big enclosed wardrobe and a desk. There is plenty of light and it is quiet.
The furnished apartment is a two-story with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower) which means no waiting in the morning!
There is plenty of shared space too with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room /chill-out area and a homey living room.

We are looking for a female flatmate, aged 25-30, a working professional, to join us in our 4-bed flat to keep the gender balance,

You will be living with Alex, 27 and Ben 26 two laidback guys working in football and me, Cecile, 27 french girl working in digital marketing.
