High Ceilings, Stone fireplace, spacious. Oriental style bed large oversize single bed desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Sharing a convivial kitchen dining room and state of the art bathroom with walk-in-shower.
The house is well maintained, rent includes cleaner 1 per month for communal areas.

Looking for a friendly considerate housemate clean and tidy essential in communal areas, and who on a daily basis, if using the kitchen can cook basic meals, but if keen on masterchef dishes great, occasionally ok.

Overnight guests house rule is for only occasionally not more often than every 3 months for a weekend, so does not suit if planning to host partner or friends regularly.
Does not suit WFH.
