Double Ensuite Room in Gated Mews

*Preferred move in date between August 19th and September 6th*
The contract for the room will be renewed on the 30th of August, all prospective housemates should be willing to sign a new 12 month contract upon arrival. (with Winkworths)
Bills are approx £100-£120 a month.

Gorgeous 4 bedroom house, with a single parking space within the Mews.
Large double room with wooden floors, and a practical ensuite bathroom. Room includes bed frame, built in wardrobe, night stand (and potentially some more furniture I can't carry!)
Housemates are all very friendly and respectful of each other. We have a cleaner come once a fortnight, who cleans the communal areas and upstairs bathroom.
Our landlord, Phil, lives next door and is very relaxed and sociable.

I really love this house, and would be renewing the contract if I weren't moving to Australia!!
Fantastic location, only 10 minutes walk to Westfield and the Mews is tucked away behind Uxbridge Road.

5-10 minute walk to Shepherds Bush Market (Hammersmith/Circle lines)
10-15 minute walk to Shepherd's Bush (Central/Overground)

Virtual and in-person viewings acceptable, please give lots of notice as I mostly wfh 9-5pm.
