Hello, I am looking for a single person from March 1st to enjoy this absolutely charming Double Bedroom.

Floor to ceiling wardrobe, ample storage and parquet floor. It comes furnished with a beautiful rattan bed with a tempur mattress and two side tables. There is a bookshelf and window overlooking one of the area's most beautiful garden which you can enjoy. Next to the room is a 5 piece family bathroom to be shared.

Its been newly tiled and painted. I live with my son and looking for a quiet professional individual, no parties, no sleepovers as my son studying for his A levels. Also please enjoy the beautiful kitchen - but use should not overlap.

I welcome dogs and will even dog sit. Common areas are stairway and bathroom - they require shared cleaning duties. We can play it by ear on occasional guests.

There are too many bus routes to list, 30 second walk away and tubes are Sheppard's Bush Market, Sheppard's Bush, East Acton and Ravenscourt Park. We must respect each other's privacy, that is key.

Westfield, Soho House, Hoxtons, Gails, Ginger Pig, several Tescos/Sainsburys/Lidls/great pubs all within walking distance. As well. as Ravenscourt, Wendell and Wormholt Parks. Fantastic pubs, cafes and restaurants everywhere. Its a beautiful room in an ace location.
