Double room available on ground floor semi-detached townhouse on Lime Grove.

Situated between Goldhawk Road and Shepherd's Bush Market tube stations (2 mins walk), and Shepherd's Bush station (Central and Overground) only a 10 mins walk away.

The double room comes furnished with:
- double bed and mattress (bed sheets can be provided)
- built in wardrobe
- large chest of drawers

The flat has very tall ceilings and is furnished/decorated (as shown in the photos). I have plenty of cooking equipment and cutlery.

Rent includes all bills (internet, water, energy and council tax). I am currently on Virgin Media for the internet and have found it reliable.

My current tenancy ends at the end of June, however I plan to renew if I find someone who would like to stay longer term.

Looking for someone who:
- Is fairly sociable
- Respects living with others (e. g. contributing to cleaning, getting shared supplies)

A bit about me:
- I work as a software engineer in central London
- I regularly cook meals and am a pescatarian
- I enjoy cycling, exploring London, pub trips
