Hey there!

We are Amy, Satori and Esme and have had an offer accepted on a lovely split-level 4 bedroom flat in Shepherds Bush. We are now looking for a 4th person to join us when we move in in late April. We’re in our mid-late twenties and looking for someone of similar age who is looking for a new home and flatmates to call friends.

Amy is a project manager for an EdTech company, Satori is an Events Executive and Esme is a PhD student studying solar cells. We like to grab the occasional pint and catch up at the pub or enjoy a chill glass of wine in the comfort of our home whilst watching a movie/show. We’re really friendly and respect each other’s space and would love for our new flatmate to be similar vibes.
We are looking for a full-time working professional earning over £25,000 pa who can provide references.

The room on offer is a lower ground-floor spacious double room. It is furnished with a bed and storage and is next to the kitchen (perfect for midnight snacks). The desk in the picture is not included with the room.

The flat has a large, private wooden patio, a conservatory and a bathroom on each floor - so limited queues in the morning! The flat is located on a quiet residential street steps away from Shepherds Bush high street. The area has good links to central London and has many parks and restaurants.

We're 12 minutes from Shepherd's Bush Market station (hammersmith and city/circle lines), 18 minutes from White City (central line).
If you cycle, we're 35 minutes from Westminster.

Please be aware, this is a joint tenancy. You will be added onto the contract with us for the whole flat at £3300 pm. The deposit is therefore for the whole flat split equally and not by room cost.
