The pictured desk, chair, table lamp, storage chest, vacuum and all kitchen equipment (including an air fryer!) are available for purchase from the current tenant.

Location: The flat is a stone's throw from Shepherd's Bush Market (amazing fresh produce and Ethiopian food!), a 3-minute walk to Goldhawk Road station (Hammersmith & City and Circle lines), and 7-minute walk to Shepherd's Bush station (Central line) and Westfield mall.

Utilities: Utilities (gas/water/electric) are not included in the rent, and have typically been around £140. I'm a postgraduate student so haven't had to pay council tax, but I believe the flat is in Band C so about £100 monthly (less for single occupant).

I've loved living in this flat, but am leaving the UK and will be sad to move out!
