Bright double room available in Shepherd's Bush

Hello!

We are two 29 and 30 year-old professionals from Canada and Hungary looking for a new friendly, sociable and clean female roommate to move into a lovely double bedroom. We live in a spacious terraced home with a lot of character and a private garden. We take a lot of pride in the space and are looking for someone who will help us look after it and make it feel like home!

The double room is bright with lots of storage. The bed, brown bookcase and white side table will stay (they come with the room at no cost) and the rug is for sale but otherwise everything else will go. You would share the bathroom with only one housemate. We also have a separate drying room which is super useful!

The house is on a residential, tight-knit street. There are loads of pubs and shops nearby and the amazing Westfield White City is a 15 minute walk or short bus ride away. There are also a lot of lovely parks in the area.

Bills are not included. We are in Council Tax band E.

We are looking for a woman professional who is friendly, responsible, clean and happy to spend some time with her roommates while also respecting their privacies.

Move in will be first week of Feburuary.
