Ensuite Bedroom in Hammersmith

Lodger wanted for the en-suite loft bedroom of a young family. David & Cici and 1 year old Leander are looking for someone with an active social life, who works or studies out of home to come & live with them in leafy Shepherds Bush. (all bills included).

Ideal Candidate
Someone who is looking for a base from which to have adventures. Must work (or study) out of the house. Must have references for both work and previous landlords. DBS check is preferred.

The Room
King-size bed, office nook with desk/storage, windows on both sides of the room which makes it really bright, en-suite with a shower and plenty of storage. You are on your own floor so very private.

The House & Us
Victorian house with a garden on a community-focussed street. We are very chilled, both work in the city, we get up early and head to bed early! Life is quite quiet for us at the moment. We love to have friends over for lunches on the weekends. In the summer we are away most weekends.

The Area
We are just off the trendy Askew road which has plenty of independent cafes and bakeries. Lots of creatives and artists in the area including Kindred Studios and the Askew Arts Council.
Only a 20 minute walk from the River where there are loads of cool pubs.
Notting Hill is very accessible for the boutiques and restaurants.

Transport
Hammersmith (Hammersmith & City, Circle, District, Piccadilly), Shepherds Bush (Central, Overground, Circle, Hammersmith & City), Acton Park (Overground), Acton Mainline (Elizabeth Line) are all really accessible in different directions by foot or a short bus ride. We are incredibly well connected!
