Looking for housemates to join our beautiful 8 bed house in central west London:) (The number of rooms available is subject to change so groups and singles are also welcome)

We are an LGBTQ+ mix of girls and gays, mid twenties, working in the city with creative backgrounds and interests :)

It’s a 12 month contract from 25th August
(6 week rent security deposit before move in)

There will be 8 people living here however the house is huge and spacious so it won’t feel like you live with many (I’ve been here 5 years and can’t find anything as spacious!)

The rooms are individually priced according to size, with the smallest at 808£ and the biggest 1082£

808£pcm with deposit of 932.30£
Included in rent:

-Gas, electric, Water, WiFi, Council tax (hot)
-Cleaner (weekly and takes bins out across house)
-Gardener
-all rooms have king sized bed, wardrobe(s), bedside tables, a mounted TV with Netflix etc.
-bigger rooms include sofa, chair and chest of drawers

-Two big open plan kitchens
-Open plan dining space ( we use for a creative space or living room)
-Spacious garden and driveway
-The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 washing machines and dryer, 2 fridges, 2 freezers.
-two big marble bathrooms with showers and baths and a cloakroom toilet on ground floor

The location is amazing as you have lots of transport links in all directions plus Westfield shopping centre ten minutes away for anything you need
