Sublet (single room) in West London (Shepherds Bush) while I'm away on a cruise contract from **November 9th - May 3 (start date flexible)**, with the possibility to extend. £708.50 excluding bills (will be raised to £725 in March). Musicians and creatives welcome!

VERY well connected. Numerous bus stops, Central line, Hammersmith and City/Circle line, Overground, and National Rail are all a 6-minute walk away, as well as Westfield White City.

Bills:

Council tax - £44.50 per month
The remaining bills come to around £65 - £80 per month

-Sharing with three lovely queer women in their mid-late twenties

-A lovely kitchen and living room, where we have the occasional movie night!

-I've worked really hard to make my small room a cozy and creative space. I purchased a single loft bed to create room below for my keyboard and storage, but if you have a partner who wants to sleep over, or you don't want to go up a ladder, it may not be the best space for you.

-I am happy to keep my keyboard in the room or store it away. I will be taking my guitar with me, so there is a guitar mount on the wall that can be used!

-We have storage below the stairs that can be used, especially since it's a smaller room!
