The flat is located in Shepherds Bush near Westfield in a safe and quiet cul de sac.
Transports very good, there's the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City lines all very close by, also the Overground and lots of buses as well.

Top flat of the building (second floor). The place has 3 bedrooms and you'll be using the ensuite room. Kitchen and living space upstairs with a large tv and a nice comfy sofa.

There's no agency, just communicating directly with each other and a good landlord. The room is available from the 20th of April.

£950 pcm excluding bills, but generally comes to about £150 extra. It comes with a double bed, a built in wardrobe, bed side table and chest of drawers.

You'll be flatting with 2 lovely girls, Vanessa (24) and Sejin (28).

Vanessa is an ophthalmic technician at an eye clinic working full time. She’s a chill and easy going person so keen to hangout as well. She loves thrifting and travelling, always keen for a coffee and going to a good bakery.

Sejin is a producer working full time, a mix of working from home and in the office. She’s sociable, friendly and loves travelling. She also likes pints after a run and doing outdoor activities.

Not strict on the cleaning schedule but we always like to keep the house nice and clean. Happy to have people over but defs not a party flat. We’d love someone who is respectful and mindful of noise, especially during quieter hours.

We’re looking for someone aged 24-32, who is friendly, easygoing, and keeps shared spaces clean. Sorry, no smokers or pets.
