It is a really nice, friendly flat situated on the corner of Goldhawk and Brackenbury Road, close to Brackenbury Village, which is a quiet, sought-after residential area; with delis, cafes, off licences, gyms and Ravenscourt Park is also 5 min from the property.

The flat is bright and has good furniture and fittings, good central heating, double glazing and all mod cons including washing machine, tumble drier , large fridge/freezer, oven.

The open plan kitchen/living room is spacious and bright and opens onto a balcony. There is plenty of storage space.

We are three boys, age between 22 and 28 ( British, American, Wales ). We work full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent but will socialize time-to time. We are clean and tidy and respect each other’s space.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 15 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith and City lines and 5 min walk away from Goldhawk Road station and Shepherds Bush Market underground station. There are also excellent bus links from the Goldhawk Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 30 seconds walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short walk away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs. We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Ravenscourt Park and Gardens and the beautiful Holland Park.
