I have a Double Room with Private Bathroom in Shepherd’s Bush available for from 5th April (date flexible) - 8th May. Possible contract renewal in May. Price also negotiable.

I’m moving out at the start of April and looking for someone to cover my last months rent till May. The contract renews in May so option to renew my current flatmates.

It’s a lovely double room available in a modern flat on a quiet residential street in Shepherd’s Bush. You have your own private bathroom.

You’ll be living with two friendly, sociable professional guys in their late 20s, one working in law and the other a court manager. It’s a relaxed, respectful household with a good balance of chat and personal space.

It’s a great location, short walk to Shepherd’s Bush Market Station, Shepherd’s Bush and Goldhawk Road station. There’s a Lidl as well as Westfield shopping centre.

The road itself is quiet and peaceful with virtually no noise at night.

Available from 5th April (flexible) to 8th May with potential to renew the contract.
