The house is light, clean and has a large and beautiful garden. The property also comes fully furnished with all mod & cons.
The double room is bright and has wooden laminated flooring a double bed and mattress and has a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is a large kitchen with washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer and a dryer!

The living room is fully furnished; with sofas, dining table & chairs.

The biggest advantage of this property is the amazing garden, perfect for BBQ’s!

There are two toilets and a separate bathroom, with bath and shower.

The flat is bright, has nice furniture and fittings, good central heating and double glazing.

We are 2 girls and a boy, all 22-28 ( Spanish, Scottish Japenese). We work full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent, but will socialize time-to time. We are clean and tidy, and respect each other’s space.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 min from Sepherd's Bush , 15 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith and City lines and 5 min walk away Shepherds Bush Market underground station. There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 5 min walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short walk away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs. We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Ravenscourt Park and Gardens and the beautiful Holland Park.

The rent is £935 pcm All bills included. The double room is a single tenancy. The deposit is 1 month and will be lodged with DPS ( Deposit Protection Scheme)
