Large room in Shepherds Bush, Summer 2026

Spacious room with a double bed, large cabinet and multiple heaters alongside an impressive modern kitchen and living area. This includes a modern gas stove, enough working space for 3 people and a living room with a projector on a 4m wall for a TV! Having lived across London accomodations myself, this one is particularly nice given its relative price, especially because it's a flat of 3 quiet and clean-freak students. We're looking for one person (or a couple) to take one room this summer from June 2026 upto September 2026 at latest. The chosen flatmate would ideally be tidy, not too noisy, and friendly - no crazy expectations here. In terms of pricing, the place comes with some bills included at 210 GBP per week, if it's a couple would be 250 GBP per month. Happy to discuss prices. In terms of perks, there is a large Tesco less than 2 minutes away from you, and you'll be welcome to use our netflix subscription and my gym membership!
