The room is bright, recently painted, has a new wooden laminated flooring with a bed & matress; there is a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawer. All bills are included in the room price.

The house itself is situated on a quiet residential street. There is a large, open-plan kitchen and living space, with French windows leading out onto the sunny southwest-facing garden, which is perfect for BBQ's in summer. The kitchen comes with 2 fridge-freezers, oven, washing machine and a tumble dryer, and dishwasher.

We are one girl and three guys, 22-27 years old. We all work full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent but will get together and socialize from time to time. We are clean and tidy and respect each other’s space. It is a beautiful house in avery quiet location but very well conected to transport links.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from East Acton tube station on the Central line (Zone 2), and 15 minutes’ walk from Wood Lane on the Circle/ Hammersmith and City lines. There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 10 min walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short walk away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs.
We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Hammersmith riverside and the beautiful Holland Park.
