Private Double Room in a Sunny, Spacious 2-Bed

I'm looking for someone to replace me in my lovely little room on Shepherds Bush Road.

The room has a double bed and built in storage space with room for a desk and other furniture as seen in the photos (the rall chest of drawers comes with the room (and so does the TV)).

The flat is located directly above a Sainsbury's Local and 5 minutes' walk from a Big Tesco so very convenient. It's also a short walking distance from Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith and Goldhawk Road stations as well as Westfield's, making travel and shopping incredibly easy.

Your potential flatmate, Charys, is a childhood friend of mine who is incredibly easy to get along with, who spends evenings either socialising with friends or watching TV and doing art or reading in the living room. She's tidy, friendly and keen for a flatmate who would be up for hanging out in the evenings. She's also a Swiftie and a bit of a Disney adult, so if you can bear that then even better.

While I'll be handling this ad, Charys will be taking any viewings so you both get to meet each other. The room is listed as available from the 6th of June, but if you'd like to move in from Monday the 1st that's also possible.

Note: Deposit will be 1212 as it's the total rent split in half. The app applies a cap of 5 weeks' rent.
