We have the following room available:
Single room in charming, centrally heated shared house in Shepherds Bush. Perfect safe and quiet location but still really close to all the shops, bars, entertainment and restaurants in Shepherds Bush. There is also a park and three tube stations nearby! White City, Wood Lane and East Acton (Central, Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines) are all within a 10-20 minute walk from the house. Large west facing garden. Own Fridge in room, fully equipped kitchen with sitting/lounge area and full (free) use of all laundry facilities. Included in the rent is a cleaner that comes once a week to clean the common parts.

The room is only £733 per month, including all bills, based on a three month minimum term contract. We just ask for a deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent.
