You will be sharing with two friendly professionals, John and Avril. We’re ideally looking for a fellow professional, who is polite and considerate.
The double-bedroom (see photo) is spacious and not street-facing, so is very quiet at all times of the day. You will only be sharing the bathroom with one other flatmate, as the loft conversion has an en suite. There is a large communal area and well-equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and washing machine. The flat also has a good sized spare double-bedroom for guests.
Our estate agent is Winkworth. You will need to provide them with a deposit and a couple of references. They may also charge a new tenant fee, which would be covered by you and the flatmate who is leaving (£90 each).
