ABOUT US/WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

I'm Nick and work in Music for a record label Living here the longest, Ive found the area friendly, safe, with a laid back vibe and it has great connections to get all across London. I love to socialise but am generally out a lot with work, gigs etc. Also massive foodie.

Clare is a school PE teacher from Australia and Sarah is her mate also from Aus - both the girls are very chatty/ sociable, love to go out - Dancing and Salsa in particular and also watching a bit of love Island ....but no ones perfect hey! = )

Alex is a top guy from the motherland... Zimbabwe... Well nearly the motherland- Really into his sport - mainly Squash and Electronic Music and is very laidback. He is also a sandwich baron (you can ask him about it)
Plus a new house mate from France Kélian has just joined us whose interests include Boxing, Football, and Design.

We all get along very well but our current housemates Nico and Charlotte have just moved out into their own places, so we are looking for considerate, tidy, reliable and friendly housemates who like to socialise and chat... oh and ideally you’ll have 10 fingers and toes too =) ...9 would just be awkward as one of us would probably get busted staring at your gammy hand or something.

Jesus, this really is sounding more like a Tinder profile... Lets make love happen! Lol... Actually lets not, we've got housemates to find!

THE BEDROOM:

The double bedroom is massive (at least twice to three times size of normal double) and comes with a double bed, large hanging wardrobe, chest of draws side table and desk.

The house itself has a back garden with outdoor table/chairs and BBQ for summer outdoor dining.

Also we have a sun terrace/balcony, a massive open plan kitchen/ dining room & a second large back lounge area with our own bar and disco area which opens up to the garden (not pictured).

3 bathrooms (all with power shower + 1 with bath)+ 4th separate toilet.

Separate Laundry - Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and dry racks.

Supermarket and local pub both with 3 mins walk. Westfield Shopping Centre 7-10 mins bus ride away.

Ravenscourt Park - 3 mins away (with tennis courts, football and basketball pitches)

Shepherds Bush (Central Line) 15 mins walk, Ravenscourt Park or Stamford Brook (District Lines) 10 Mins Walk & Goldhawk Road (Hammersmith & City/Circle Line Tube) 8 Mins Walk

COST PER MONTH:

£795 fixed cost all inclusive of ALL bills inc council tax and wifi with full Sky satellite package + house goods etc (such as toilet roll, clothes washing detergent, replacement house stuff such as glasses, pans etc) + £795 deposit.

You will get a receipt of your paid deposit. And you will get your deposit back when moving out.

It includes: Water rates, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Sky TV subscription, WiFi plus all communal household goods such as toilet roll, cleaning products, clothes washing tablets plus household goods IE new pots and pans, glasses, crockery etc.

OTHER INFO:

The landlord will not accept shared room arrangements - this is stipulated in rental agreement. However it’s fine to invite friends and partners over.

You’ll need to sign a basic occupancy agreement (Min 1 months notice) which also acts as receipt for your bond/deposit
