I’m moving out from this lovely house and looking for a new tenant to take my double bedroom with own private bathroom.

The room comes with an inbuilt wardrobe (double bed, chest of drawers and a desk are available for free if needed) and you will have the sole use of the bathroom which is on the same floor just next to the bedroom.

The house must be seen! big kitchen with good size back garden, big living room, a basement and an extra good size spare room which you can use as your office if you’re working from home and prefer not to work from your bedroom!

The house has all amenities: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and microwave etc.

The location is great! just 1 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Market station (with Circle and Hammersmith and City line) and only 10 mins walk from Central line and the Overground. The area is also well served with buses. Westfield shopping centre is only 5 mins walk and there are Tesco, Sainsbury and many other shops just nearby.

You will be sharing the house with Widya, working in banking, and Maria and Adriana both architects, all in the early thirties. They love to socialise together but are also respectful of each other space and privacy. They love to keep the house clean and tidy and would like a similar minded new tenant.

The rent is £805 + bills (around £100)
