Double room in v spacious flat

Hello,

We have a lovely double bedroom with big window available in Shepherd's Bush. The three-bed flat is *very spacious* with a huge living room on the second floor, an open plan kitchen on the top floor, and two bathrooms.

The road is very quiet but the flat is just off Uxbridge Road where there's a bus stop with night buses and buses to Shepherd's Bush station every couple of mins. Shepherd's Bush Market Tube station is also just a 10 min walk away. There's a lovely cafe and 24hr cab service at the top of on the road as well.

The room is £600 pm including all bills, so a really great price for how spacious the flat is. You'd be sharing with Sam, a lovely PhD student, and Martin (works for the council) and his girlfriend Cilem who is working as a nanny to save up for her masters and recently joined our flat. Martin sometimes smokes in his room but not around the flat. They're a laid back bunch and quite independent but we often catch up over dinner after work. I'm leaving after a year to move to north London. Sam and Martin have been living here for 2-3 years.
