Peaceful flat w/ garden, Shoreditch's best square

I'm seeking a short-term flatmate for a nice, peaceful 2-bed on Hoxton Square in Shoreditch.

I'd like to rent the room to fill a gap from January 24 until February 28, and I'll consider shorter lets of at least one week during that time period at a negotiated rate. Just let me know what you're looking for.

The flat:
A really peaceful flat in an area as lively as Hoxton Square is a pretty unique thing. It's a good size for two sharers, with smallish double bedrooms, a well-set-up kitchen, modern bathroom, and a large open dining/reception room with wood/laminate floors throughout.

Your room is on the courtyard of the building, with an east-facing window complete with blackout shade. It will come furnished with a double bed, small wardrobe, and two nightstands.

What makes the flat stand out is the garden – it's big, private, has a patio, and is full of lovely bushes and flowering plants. There's even a bike shed at the back. It's a real slice of outdoor space right in the middle of the city.

Moi:
I'm a young-at-heart, easygoing 39 y. o. San Franciscan who moved to London a year ago. I'm quite a sociable type who's always up for a chat over a beverage. I tend to be out and about a lot, and if I'm honest I'm also kept a little too busy with hobbies sometimes (travel, live music, cycling, outdoorsy stuff, old cars, and on and on).

I'm a mature person who has his adultness together in all of those boring sorts of ways (professional job, tidy home, respectful of space, pay bills on time, etc), and you should be too.
