The room is furnished and the bathroom shared with 1 flatmate. The kitchen and living room is shared. Bills (including Broadband, water, electricity etc.) are c. 115 pounds. The flatmates are both working full-time, hence the flat is very quiet during the week.
We are looking for someone that would stay at least 3 months.
