Hi Everyone!

We have now a beautiful double room will be available . This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a very nice house where to live.

We are looking for people who will care about the house and keep it in great condition, a person who is responsible and mature. Very clean and tidy. You will be sharing the house with me and another 2 boys. We are all professionals.

The house is a 4 floor house and it has a kitchen, 10 sitting dining room, living room, courtyard and a terrace. We have a BBQ and a big table for to eat/drink outside on warm days!

The house is located on Ravenscroft street which crosses Columbia road. 10 min walk to Broadway market. Brick lane is just a 5min walk. The closest station is Hoxton (5min) and Old Street and Liverpool Street at (13min) walk. The area is absolutely beautiful.

The house has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer. The kitchen is fully equipped with blender, kettle and a toaster. All cutlery, plates etc..

Please note that this is not a party house, please do not apply if you are looking for that. We are really sociable and we love to have friends for dinner or drinks on weekends sometimes. We are all professional workers so we like to have a quite environment during the week.

A little about us: we are passioned about wine, to start! We love food, cooking and hanging out when possible. Also, we all are into exercising and sports.

About the room: the room has a big wardrobe with integrated lights and a new double bed. There is also a large desk with a chair. The room has a lot of natural light and a view on the park in front of the house. And Sun! On sunny days of course. I have to say the room is bigger than it looks in the pictures, I can of course send more pictures on request.
